Arrival Please park in the driveway to the right of the main house OR in the cut-de-sac in front of the house.

The Clinic Space is located to the right of the main house in the small black studio at the back of the property. When you arrive, come on in and take a seat in the waiting room while you await your appointment time. There is fresh water and tea while you wait.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged the full price of the appointment.

Wait List If you do not see a date/time that works for you please add yourself to the wait list and we will do our best to fit you in!

Direct Billing We currently offer direct billing to all major insurance companies including Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Canada Life, and more.

ICBC We are able to accept ICBC clients with physiotherapy coverage and approval from your adjustor, however, we do NOT direct bill to ICBC on your behalf, you will be provided with a receipt and can submit to ICBC for reimbursement.

WCB We are able to accept WCB clients with physiotherapy coverage and approval from your adjustor, however, we do NOT direct bill to WCB on your behalf
